Whatever the case may be, the battery we installed is covered under a one time free replacement. There is no fee for the battery itself but we do have a service charge for coming out and providing the labor. The service charge is typically 1/3 of the cost of the initial battery replacement we provided.

Q. My Battery Died, It's Still Under Warranty, And I Need It Replaced, What Do I Do?​ A. Call us back anytime to schedule a battery replacement during the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Sunday. If the battery is still covered under warranty we can replace it for you after providing us with all the information we need to confirm the status of the warranty. The same service charge applies as mentioned above of 1/3 of the initial cost of the battery replacement. For example if you initially paid $350 for the service, we don't charge for the battery itself but have a labor fee of $116.
